A. In essence a structured campaign means money that stays in your pocket! Through proper structuring, we are able to target your marketing more effectively. This is not just for your targeting, but Google sees this increased relevance and rewards you with increased Quality Scores; a key factor in determining how much you pay and what position you are in. This increase means you can appear in higher positions for less cost and more easily beat out the competition.
Q. How often will SponsoredLinX work on the campaign?
A. Daily changes to a campaign can hinder effective marketing. SponsoredLinX provides professional analysis based on proven results. Each decision and change made to a campaign is done based upon specific data and statistics that have been collected over a set period of time. Q. What is Google Ads?
A. Google Ads is the Google Pay-Per-Click advertising system. This system allows businesses to appear in positions above and beside the organic listings by running an advertising campaign. SponsoredLinX will manage this campaign on your behalf to make sure your money is not being wasted on poor-quality traffic.
Q. How will I be billed?
A. Google can bill you through both manual and automatic payments. With manual payments you need to add funds into the account for Google to spend on advertising, similar to Pre-Paid phones. Automatic payments are similar to invoicing payment; as your advertising accumulates clicks and costs, Google will periodically charge you either every 30 days or upon your account reaches a certain limit of spend, depending on your history with Google.
Q. Can I limit my advertising spending?
A. Of course! Google allows you to set a daily budgeted spend for your campaign. However this limits the reach and effectiveness of your campaign. Obviously, with a larger spend you can acquire more hits to your website and with smaller budgets, you can struggle to get the volume required to achieve the most out of your advertising. We recommend consulting with one of our helpful Health Check staff before determining your budget.
Q. How often will my ads be shown?
A. Every time a search is entered into Google your ad has the chance to appear. The key factors that determine this are the volume of search traffic, the quality of your campaign, and your daily budget. In most circumstances, Google will intermittently show your ads throughout your scheduled running times so that your budget is consumed evenly throughout the period and not all on one surge of traffic.
Q. How does Google determine which position my ad will appear in?
A. Each time a search is conducted through Google or any of its search partners an auction takes place behind the scenes. In this auction, your keyword bids and your quality scores are compared to produce an “Ad Rank.” This Ad Rank determines where your ad appears in the search results. You will actually only pay the amount required to combine with your Quality Score to produce a rank above your nearest competitor. In essence your bids and the quality of your campaign are compared against your competitors to determine your position.
